There’s a Stargate MMO in production for the Xbox 360!!! O_O excuse me while I squee like a little fangirl with utter excitement.

I’m a huge fan of both the movie and the TV series. I never thought something like this would ever happen, took me totally by surprise. The idea of playing through all the Stargate worlds in the form of an MMO has me wanting an Xbox 360 now more than ever. But, the game is still in its VERY early stages of development and I can wait to see how it shapes up first. Hopefully by the time it comes out and it meets my expectations, I can actually afford a 360 (and its price may have gone down a bit).

the original xbox is better….. all they did with the 360 is cut the cord off the controller upgrade the graphics abit and make the most irresistable games only for the system so that the person has to buy the console to play the game… honestly i think the original xbox is best…
i have a xbox thats why im saying these things…
plus i have 120gb to mess around with =)
Ps.. trust me.. 360 isn’t that good… there is no point in buying a $700 system for one game

But isn’t the purpose of a console, to play a game? It’s not like a PC. You can only do one thing on it and that’s play games. You said it yourself, the 360 has quite a few great games coming out on it. Plus, the 360 has Xbox Live! which means games like this MMO are playable on it ^^ it’s expensive, no denying that and that’s why I haven’t gone out to grab one when it first came out. But also, it didn’t have any games that appealed to me on it.
But now… *tempted*
but the normal xbox has xbox live too…
I did not know that. Still, all the games I want are on the 360 (or PC even) lol I doubt they’d run on the old Xbox ^^
lt me make a suggestion if you get a 360. if you get a xbox live account. when its a day or so off from the subscription ending. create a new account. (keeps the subscription going..) and also… wait a few a little longer before getting 1. cause its stil fairly expensive and where im from the games are still about $80- $100.
